Do you live in one of our Bedfordshire or Hertfordshire Older People’s Service schemes, and would you like to participate in physical wellness sessions such as yoga, badminton and self-defence?

As part of the Older People’s Service we provide customers, we’re offering free wellness workout sessions in each scheme.

There are lots of free wellness workout sessions on offer, from yoga (chair and online), personal fitness and martial arts to self-defence, croquet, badminton and many more.

How to join a wellness workout session

If you’re interested in taking part in an existing wellness workout session or you’d like to start some new sessions at your scheme, please speak to your scheme manager or contact Communities Project Coordinator, Hafi Rahman, at hafi.rahman@chg.org.uk
