This March we want to share with you some top tips and stories from teams across Catalyst to help you feel a bit more mindful about everyday stresses that can sometimes feel a bit overwhelming.

We’ll be adding stories to our website from customers, our Advice and Wellbeing team and our very own mental health first aiders on how they manage their mental wellbeing – as well as sharing some top tips on looking after your physical, mental and emotional health on our social channels too.
