We have updated our contact centre telephone repairs options to make it easier for you to get through to the correct team. When you call our contact centre, you’ll be given a range of options to help you select the correct repairs team for your location.
There are now five repairs options for you to choose from when you call our customer contact centre to report a repair. They are:
Option 1 (Catalyst defects) – if you property is less than 24 months old
Option 2 – Brent, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, and Hammersmith and Fulham
Option 3 – Ealing, Barnet, Harrow, Hounslow, Hillingdon and Spelthorne
Option 4 – Camden, Islington, Hackney, Enfield and Haringey
Option 5 – out of London
