We wanted to let you know about some changes to our services to you.

This week, the government announced that on Monday 19 July, most restrictions across England will be lifting.

We understand that everyone feels differently about restrictions lifting, and we want to let you know that the safety and wellbeing of all our customers and colleagues remains a priority.

We will:

ask you if you would like us to wear a mask before we enter your home
continue to socially distance, where possible, when we’re in your home for a repair or appointment
re-open guest rooms and remove restrictions in communal lounges such as social distancing and masks
continue to work with our customers and adapt our community services based on need
continue to provide all colleagues with masks and face coverings.

We’ll also be reviewing our guidance on visiting our sales and marketing suites and when you come to view a new home. Keep an eye on our website for more information on this.
