We’re looking for customers to take part in two exciting engagement opportunities in 2020. Both opportunities are a great way to get your voice heard, and help make a real impact on how we deliver services to you.
Help us develop the new Catalyst customer website:
As part of the digital panel you’ll be involved from the start of the project, helping us understand the customer journey, identifying what works, and what needs to be improved. This will include testing and trying new solutions, to help us create a website our customers love. Don’t worry if you’re not a digital whizz, this is all about helping us making sure our new website is accessible and user friendly for everyone.
Join our co-creation group and help us design our new service standards:
We’re going to co-create a brand new set of communication based service standards that will be our ‘golden rules’ for communication at Catalyst. This opportunity is all about helping us design new communication service standards that include the services that matter to you. You’ll be helping us design a key business change that we’ll use to scrutinise our future performance and services.
Both opportunities are a great new way for colleagues and customers to work together in a collaborative and innovative way.
