Following the Met Office’s Red weather warning across much of the UK for Friday 18 February, there will be delays to some of our services during this time.
The safety of all our customers, colleagues and engineers is our top priority. Today we’ll be pausing our customer facing services such as non-essential repairs, gardening and maintenance services. We’ll be reviewing this throughout the day, and continuing any emergency repairs only, during this time.
If you have an appointment booked today and we need to re-arrange, we will contact you.
If you experience a power cut during the severe weather your utility provider will be able to support you directly.
Here are a few tips we wanted to share with you in preparation for the severe weather:
- Keep a torch close to you
- Power-up phones and other devices
- Secure pots and furniture in outdoor space
