We want to provide you with the best customer service we can, and we recognise that the best people to help us to do this are our customers.
With this in mind, we are asking all Catalyst customers to complete a customer survey and have your say about what you want to hear about, how you want to hear it, as well as getting involved in what we do.
You can complete the survey online or you can fill out our print version, which is being sent to all Catalyst customers. It only takes a few minutes to fill out and you can also enter our prize draw to win an iPad.
The survey will be available to all customers by the end of January/early February. Please do take the time to complete the survey and let us know what you think, and help us to tailor our communications and make sure we know what you’d like to hear about, and how you’d like to hear it.
