As part of our partnership with Backyard Nature, our Cheshunt and Hoddesdon based Community Connectors are running nature workshops for children aged between 8-13 years and their families this autumn.

Each workshop is a drop-in session and will run for an hour and a half, from 12-1.30pm, with the first session starting this Saturday 25 September.

Activities will include creating windowsill gardens, learning more about growing your own food from scraps, how to grow microgreens, creating seed balls and more.

Keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook pages for updates on what everyone’s been making and get some inspiration on how you can continue to connect with nature too.
