You’ll still be able to report both urgent and non-urgent repairs by calling the usual numbers and speaking to our repairs team. However, if you have a general enquiry please get in touch via our online forms and the team will be in touch as soon as possible when they’re back on Monday 18 July. If you need to make a rent payment you can do this via your Allpay account or by phoning the usual contact centre number and following the prompts where you can pay via our automated phone service.
