Thanks to your feedback, we regularly review our services to ensure we deliver on our promises.

From Monday 1 February, our repairs service for west London will be managed by our Connect team, as part of our continuous service improvements. We’ll be able to continue to monitor the service standards – making sure that we’re there whenever you need a repair.

There will be no changes to the way you report a repair, visit our website and use our report a repair form, simply call us on 0300 456 2099 or send us an email.

Although we don’t anticipate any disruptions to the service you receive, please bear with us as we update our systems and embed our new processes.
