We’re looking for a new member to join our Customer Experience Committee.
If you’re a Catalyst shared owner, you have a passion and enthusiasm for customer service, and you want to use it to help us provide outstanding customer service, this role is for you.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a shared owner who can help the committee ensure that we continue to be a good quality, value-for-money services provider. You’ll act as a critical friend by helping to review the quality of our customer experience and making recommendations.
The committee meets at least four times per year, with additional meetings sometimes scheduled to discuss important topics affecting our customers. You’ll need to ensure regular attendance at meetings and commit to the role for at least three years.
In return, you’ll receive an annual payment of £3,500, training and development and the opportunity to work with like-minded people, helping to make a difference.
