Catalyst has issued its first Gender Pay Gap report, revealing that there is virtually no gap between the amount men and women are paid.
The report shows that the organisation has just a 0.3% median pay gap and mean pay gap of 0.5%. Women make up half of Catalyst’s executive leadership team, and 53% of all colleagues. The report also highlights that 43% of manager positions are women, showing that there is still some work to be done to achieve complete parity.
The report also factors in bonus pay, revealing that the proportion of male colleagues receiving a bonus at Catalyst is 69.7% and the proportion of female colleagues receiving a bonus at Catalyst is 74.6%.

New government legislation means that from 6 April 2017, employers in Great Britain with more than 250 staff are required by law to publish their gender pay gap information, covering pay and bonuses. You can find Catalyst’s full report on its website.
