Catalyst’s St Bernard’s Gate residential development has been shortlisted in the “Best Use of Brownfield Land in Placemaking” category for the 2017 Planning Awards.
St Bernard’s Gate is an exciting project for Catalyst, as it will deliver much-needed and well-designed new homes to West London whilst still preserving an important part of the area’s architectural heritage
Once complete, the project will deliver:
- 270 units in total( 130 for market-sale, 118 shared-ownership and 22 for social rent)
- 137 car parking spaces, both on street and under-croft (residents will also be offered free three year car-club membership)
- 174 cycle storage spaces
The Planning Awards, run by Planning magazine in conjunction with PlanningResource and PlacemakingResource, have been organised to recognise outstanding professional planning work and excellence in planning-related activities such as placemaking, urban design, economic development, housing, regeneration, legal advice and environmental consulting.
The ceremony will take place on 21st June 2017 at Savoy Place, London.
