Catalyst has been allocated Governmental funding which will be used to provide additional affordable housing at schemes in Brewers Hill Road, Dunstable and Turweston Road, Brackley, as part of the Recycled Capital Grant Fund.

Earlier this month, the HCA confirmed that Catalyst can now allocate £270,000 for its Brewers Hill Road development, the grant will be used to fund further shared ownership units as part of the scheme, which allows Catalyst to provide over and above the Section 106 requirements and help further the organisation’s charitable aims.

For Turweston Road, Catalyst can allocate £2,610,000 to help provide a mix of much needed affordable housing, over and above the Section 106 requirements, to the Brackley area. Plans are still underway for the Turweston Road development, and further details are expected to be announced in the coming months.
