Catalyst announces new Director of Development

Catalyst has announced that Victor Clinton-Dove has been appointed as Director of Development.

He will responsible for all elements of the organisation’s development function and will oversee the delivery of all Catalyst’s new affordable, intermediate and private sale homes. He will be a key part of the organisation’s objective to deliver 1,000 homes a year by 2020.

Victor has been at Catalyst since 2016 as the Project Leader on the organisation’s flagship regeneration development in North Kensington, Portobello Square. Prior to joining Catalyst, Victor held Director level positions at Hill, Gladedale, Swallow and Osbourne and worked on a variety of large mixed use and regeneration schemes from initial feasibility and site purchase through to defects liability completion.

Victor is passionate about customer satisfaction and has a strong commitment to excellence, ensuring continuous improvement is delivered across the organisation.
