Catalyst named one of Britain’s best places to work

Catalyst has once again been named as one of the best places to work in the UK.

We have been awarded a place in ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Not-for-Profit Organisations to Work For’ list for 2020.

In addition to the top 100 placing, we have also achieved Ones to Watch status, which is awarded to organisations where workplace engagement shows promising signs for the future.

Ian McDermott, Chief Executive, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to have been renamed as a ‘The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For’ in the not-for-profit category.

“We understand that engaged colleagues are crucial to delivering great homes and services to our customers. Sustaining high levels of engagement is important to us and reflects a lot of focused work throughout the team.”

The list, published annually, is all about putting Britain’s most attractive and effective employers in the spotlight. Organisations are judged on a variety of factors, including workplace engagement initiatives, employee well-being and perks, and company culture and values. Employees score from ‘strongly agree’ to ‘strongly disagree’ on a seven-point scale.

Based on the survey results, Catalyst was ranked in the top 50 employers in London.

Not only that, the survey showed that 90 per cent of respondents felt they could make a valued contribution to our business.
