Catalyst and Aldwyck are officially one organisation

As of Monday 2 December Catalyst and Aldwyck Housing Group are one organisation. Although we officially merged on 1 May, Aldwyck continued to operate as a subsidiary group of Catalyst. This name now no longer exists.

Why we’re merged

Bringing Catalyst and Aldwyck together to create a single new organisation means we have the combined finances to better invest in our services and build more new homes each year. We can be more efficient and offer greater value for money. We’ll also be able to provide more opportunities for you to have your say on the services you receive, and for you to get involved in your community.

How will this affect you

If you’re an existing Catalyst customer this Transfer of Engagements (ToE) will not have any immediate impact on the services you receive. If you have any questions or you need to book a repair request please continue to contact us on 0300 456 2099 or contactcatlayst@chg.org.uk

If you’re new Catalyst customer you’ll start to see the Catalyst brand on buildings and all communication, such as our website, social media, ID badges, information leaflets, letterhead and so on. Your customer service and repairs teams will still operate from the Houghton Regis office.
