South Kilburn homes recognised for their architect by prestigious national body

South Kilburn project wins RIBA award

The Ely Court development in South Kilburn has been recognised by the Royal Institute of British Architects with a Regional Design Award in their London category.

Delivered in partnership with the London Borough of Brent, the Catalyst development has 44 homes with a mixture of rented and privately owned properties. Alongside the new buildings, the public park has been rejuvenated.

As a regional winner the scheme is now shortlisted for this year’s RIBA’s national awards; and if successful at that stage will be entered into the prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize. These awards will be announced on 23rd June 2016.

The RIBA Awards champion and celebrate the best of architecture in the UK and around the world; no matter the form, size or budget. They are respected as the most rigorously judged awards recognising architectural excellence.
