Award for Catalyst Residents Federation’s inspirational Chair
Catalyst Residents’ Federation (CRF) are proud to announce that their Chair John Kehoe has won at the CSI (Customer Scrutiny Inspection) awards for Outstanding Individual Contribution. An award that recognises an individual’s leadership qualities, mentoring ability and generosity in giving their time to helping others in their community.
Alongside this win the CRF’s Suzanne Bull (MBE) (Secretary of the Disability Forum), and Christina Tom-Johnson (Board member and member of the West London Resident’s Forum), were also recognised and nominated for their significant contributions in what is a highly effective and hard-working resident’s group.
The CSI is the only national organisation in the UK that celebrates and highlights effective tenant scrutiny and best practices. The nominations are made by tenants for their fellow residents and landlords.
Elise Jones, Catalyst’s Resident Involvement Officer said: “The award is very well deserved. John is very well known among Catalyst residents. He has championed their needs for many years and is passionate about residents being at the heart of service change and improvement. John is good at his role as CRF chair as he is not afraid to challenge the status quo and hold Catalyst to account.”
John Kehoe said: “I want to thank the CRF members as a group. It is the hard work of the CRF that contributed to this award, and my role is only possible with support from the members.”
