An extra listening ear
Members of the residents’ scrutiny panel listened to customer calls at our Customer Service Centre last Friday (7 August). The panel wanted to shadow our team to getting a better idea of why residents call us and how we deal with their queries.
The scrutiny panel then discussed what they found out with the Catalyst Residents Federation, and will be making recommendations to improve Catalyst’s customer experience.
