Join the Customer Experience Panel
What will you do?
You’ll work with the Catalyst Board and Management Team to help us improve the customer experience, develop and review complaints communications and carry out mystery shopping.
Do I need experience?
No previous experience is required and we’ll give you free training. Panel members will be selected through a recruitment process. We’re looking for people who question information, weigh up issues and make decisions based on evidence.
How much time will it take?
You may be asked to take part in complaint panel reviews and this would normally take a couple of hours.
Why should I join the panel?
You’ll be helping to shape Catalyst’s complaints process and improve the customer experience. The training and experience you’ll get will also look great on your CV.
