First time buyers can get on the housing ladder at Dee Park

There will also be new outdoor sports facilities at Ranikhet Primary School, which can also be used by the wider community, and sections of roads are being renewed or improved.

Currently available for sale at Dee Park are one and two-bedroom apartments, and two and three-bedroom houses. Building work is progressing well and the first homes will be ready for buyers to move in around June. With very few new houses available for sale in the Reading area, these homes provide a great opportunity for families to take their first step on the housing ladder.
