What does decant mean?

When you have been decanted it means that we have had to move you as your home is temporarily not habitable. Reasons why a customer may be decanted include your home being affected by a serious leak, a fire, etc.

In some cases you may be decanted as your original home may be demolished as part of an area regeneration scheme – in these instances you will be consulted prior to any action being taken.
