What are the response times for anti-social behaviour incidents?
We categorise ASB incidents according to a PEN Matrix into personal, environmental and nuisance issues, and we assign priority to cases accordingly.
Below is a guideline as to when you should receive a response depending on the priority assigned to the case:
Priority 1, personal: Within 1 working day of initial report, with an offered appointment within 5 working days;
Priority 2, environmental: Within 2 working days of initial report, with an offered appointment within 7 working days;
Priority 3, nuisance: Within 3 working days of initial report, with an offered appointment within 10 working days.
