Catalyst and Redrow Homes have entered into a partnership agreement in order to deliver a circa 450 home mixed-use scheme in the London Borough of Hounslow. The partnership intend to deliver a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments and include a high percentage of affordable housing, available as shared ownership and affordable rent.
The site is located on Capital Interchange Way in Brentford, Hounslow and is a five minute walk from Kew Bridge station. Alongside the new homes, the proposals also include commercial office and retail space. The borough of Hounslow is a gateway to the UK and has one of London’s strongest performing economies. Brentford, located on the Golden Mile, is currently undergoing a transformation with a number of huge regeneration projects underway.
The new partnership is a 50:50 contractual agreement between Redrow Homes and ‘Catalyst by Design’, a subsidiary of Catalyst. Together, the pair will take the proposals through planning, development and delivery, with Redrow managing the construction of the scheme.

More information about the scheme will be revealed at a public consultation event in September, where the local community will be invited to shape the proposals.
