Repairs appointments – week starting Monday 3 December

Capacity issues with our contractors are causing disruption to our repairs service in Kensington and some other parts of London.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and we sincerely apologise for it.

If we have to cancel your appointment, we will call you by Friday 14 December at the latest to make a new appointment.

If you are trying to call us, we expect our lines to be busier than usual, so please bear with us. You may prefer to email contactcatalyst@chg.org.uk and we will get back to you.

We are prioritising emergency, gas and heating repairs, and these services are working normally.

We will provide further updates as we have them.

Call the Customer Contact team on 0300 456 2099, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.

If you need to report an emergency repair when we’re closed, please call the same number. You’ll automatically be transferred to our repairs contractors.
