We’re at a particularly exciting stage in our history. In April 2022 Catalyst joined the Peabody Group as a subsidiary, ahead of merging fully in April 2023. The new organisation will be responsible for 104,000 homes, with 220,000 residents across London and the South East of England. By joining together, we’ll go further and faster with our plans to improve our services, invest in our homes and communities and create innovative solutions to the challenges of carbon consumption and building safety.

As a not-for-profit organisation we reinvest money raised from property sales into developing and maintaining more affordable homes and are set to build 1,300 new homes a year from 2022.

The charity’s mission is to enhance the lives of Catalyst customers and communities by improving independence, choice and prosperity. The objective is to provide funding support for Catalyst customers in hardship or challenging circumstances or for community projects, which improve the social and economic conditions of our neighbourhoods.
Rosebery Housing Association was formed in 1994 and today owns more than 2,770 affordable homes across Surrey and West Sussex, ranging from one-bedroom flats to four-bedroom family homes. We are a charitable registered society committed to providing good quality homes and services. The focus of our property portfolio is in Epsom and Ewell, where we own most of the affordable housing. We are proud to be a local business that creates sustainable communities by forging strong local partnerships, working closely with residents and communities and creating local jobs.
Connect Property Services Limited is our wholly owned subsidiary, offering a full range of repairs and maintenance services across homes in Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire and Northamptonshire.
Connect offers customers access to a dedicated 24/7 telephone number for reporting repairs (0300 500 6262), a free call-back system at a convenient time and the facility to report repairs by email and online.
Our repairs team provide a comprehensive responsive maintenance service. They are extremely experienced in working and delivering these services to a wide range of customers and their homes. We use the latest planning software and mobile technology to ensure our workforce can meet service demands.
We also deliver a wide range of planned maintenance activities such as kitchens, bathroom, heating, windows and doors ensuring that our homes are maintained for our customers and meet our service delivery standards. We deliver these works using a mixture of our dedicated and highly skilled direct workforce and selected approved suppliers.
Our dedicated Voids Team ensure that our properties are made available for new customers as soon as possible, with the help of the Connect team making sure each property meets our standards.
Our servicing teams deliver gas appliance servicing and electrical testing on our properties to ensure that we meet our regulatory and statutory requirements.
