Thousands of Catalyst customers pay their rent online because it’s the quickest and easiest way to pay. It only takes a few minutes and you can pay 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Here is a quick guide to get you up and running to pay your rent online if you haven’t done so before.
Before you can start, you’ll need:
- a debit or credit card.
- your Payment Reference Number – this is a 19-digit number on your rent payment card or Allpay card. If you don’t have one, please call us and we’ll send you a new card.
- register on the Allpay website – you’ll need an email address for this.
- Enter your Payment Reference Number
- Enter the amount you would like to pay
- Click on next
Before we can process your payment, you’ll need to confirm that the Payment Reference Number and amount you wish to pay is correct. If everything is right, click on ‘next’. If you’ve entered incorrect details, click on ‘back’. Or if you wish to discontinue click on ‘cancel’.
If you’ve clicked on ‘next’ you’ll be taken to a new screen where you enter:
- your card number
- the expiry date
- the security code
- the cardholder’s name
Then click on the ‘Proceed to verification’ button. Our secure payment system will then check whether the credit or debit card details you entered are correct and then process the payment.
