What is wellbeing?

Wellbeing is the experience of health, happiness, and fulfilment.

This includes looking after your physical, mental and emotional health and identifying what really matters to you. By doing this, your mental health improves, as does your life satisfaction and sense of meaning or purpose. It also means you can manage stress and anxiety better too.

How the Advice and Wellbeing team can help

Our Advice and Wellbeing team will assess your needs and you’ll be given a dedicated wellbeing specialist for one-to-one support.

We’ll work with you to find the best solution – using our partnerships with local, specialist services to access a range of practical and emotional support.
