Get involved

We’ve created a range of flexible engagement opportunities so you can get involved with Catalyst when it suits you. By getting involved we’ll test out your ideas together, and your feedback will help us perform at our best. You’re at the heart of our work. Without your involvement we can’t improve our services and neighbourhoods.

If you want to get involved in some of our bigger projects, such as joining our Performance Allies scrutiny group, Complaints Experience project or helping us select our service partners – we can provide you with training – and you’ll develop new skills too.

For anyone who wants to join a group of engaged customers and get involved in projects that matter to you.

Socially diverse multicultural and multiracial people on an isolated white background.

Your community

The best way to make a difference in your community is to get everyone involved by starting a residents’ group.

We know your time is precious – and we want to make sure you get the most out of getting involved with the things that matter most to you. We’ll always show you how your feedback is making a difference.
