Career mentoring programme

We’ve teamed up with our Friary Park development partner, Mount Anvil, to deliver a mentoring programme this September.

What’s it about
The aim of the programme is to help anyone who wants to progress their career, increase their professional confidence and fulfil their career aspirations.

Who’s it for
The programme is available for all Acton based Catalyst customers, aged 16 years and above.

What’s involved
The course runs for 12-weeks and is a mixture of online, one-to-one and group sessions.

You’ll be matched with a mentor to support your self-appraisal and action planning. There’ll be group sessions to help your learning and development too.

You’ll need to commit to at least one-hour per week to meet with your mentor, plus additional group sessions throughout the 12-week programme.

Each week has a different focus, to help you to take charge of your own personal and professional development.

How will the programme be delivered?
The programme runs for 12-weeks. All sessions will be delivered online.
