Support services for young people
As part of our commitment with the Housing Association Youth Network (HAYN); we’ve put together some useful links to services and organisations who may be able to help, if you need some support during the summer break.
Health and wellbeing
- Neuro Love is a 24 hour virtual platform to help with your wellbeing. There are online events, access to therapists and resources to help with mental and physical wellbeing.
- The Mix has a range of methods and subjects they can help with for young people under 25 years old. Subjects covered range from mental health to racism, supporting the LGBT community and daily struggles such as career choices, life decisions and more.
Being safe online
- The Social Switch Project is a safe space for young people to discuss any antisocial and inappropriate content online.
Take the temperature is a national youth trends project for young people aged 14-25 years old. The aim is to help young people find out more about what their peers think on subjects in their local area and across the UK.
