Hertfordshire Floating Support service
Our Floating Support service provides a holistic package of support to vulnerable people to enable them to maintain their tenancy and independence. The service offers flexible, short-term housing support to people for a maximum of two years.
A Floating Support worker will provide support tailored to individuals’ needs. This could include helping them to:

- Manage their money
- Stay safe and secure in their home
- Manage their health and lifestyle
- Go to work or college
- Enjoy their spare time
- Achieve their life choices
