Oak Tree House is a extra care sheltered housing scheme designed exclusively for people over 55. There are 60 modern one and two bedroom apartments arranged around a central courtyard.
Location
Oak Tree House is part of the Dee Park regeneration scheme in Reading.
The scheme was officially opened on 8 March 2012 by HRH The Duke of Kent KG.
Services
The scheme offers care and support for residents with a range of needs – from those who are active and have few or no care needs to those requiring 24-hour care and support. Onsite care and support services are provided by Radis Community Care.
Facilities
- All the flats benefit from private outdoor space with a balcony or terrace.
- Each self-contained flat has its own living/dining area, kitchen and bathroom.
- There is a restaurant and hairdressing facilities and a treatment room.
