London repairs appointments update – week starting Monday 3 December

Capacity issues with our contractors are causing disruption to our repairs service in Kensington and some other parts of London.

We understand the inconvenience this may cause and we sincerely apologise for it.

If we have to cancel your appointment, we will call you by Friday 14 December at the latest to make a new appointment.

We are prioritising emergency, gas and heating repairs, and these services are working normally.
