Catalyst Residents Federation

The Catalyst Residents Federation (CRF) is a strategic resident group that help champion local customer issues, improve local services, and provide a customer overview on any proposed key changes to policies or services. They meet every six weeks.

They can work with customers who would like to set up a resident group, and provide impartial advice to help them work together and represent the voice of the customer.

In 2018, the CRF newsletter joined with the Catalyst magazine and now feature in every issue. The CRF works with Catalyst’s customer communications team to produce the CRF news in the Catalyst magazine every quarter.
