Help improve our service
We’re always reviewing our services and policies, to make sure they’re the best they can be, and we want our customers to influence those decisions.
By getting involved, you’ll help us test out new ideas and improve current services. Customers are at the heart of our work. Without your involvement we wouldn’t be able to improve our services and neighbourhoods.
Read about how John, Phyllis and Shaheen have got involved in the past, and look out for new testimonials showing how customer engagement is making a difference.
We’re currently looking for customers for the following opportunities in 2020. Both opportunities are a great way to get your voice heard, and help make a real impact on how we deliver services to you!
Join our digital panel and help us create our new customer website
We’re looking for a group of customers to form a new customer digital panel to help us with the development of Catalyst’s new customer website. Don’t worry if you’re not a digital whizz, this is all about helping us make sure our new website is accessible and user friendly for everyone.
The panel will be involved from the start of the project, helping us understand the customer journey, identifying what works, and what needs to be improved. This will include testing and trying new solutions, to help us create a website our customers love.
You don’t even need to leave the comfort of your own home to help us test the site, but you will be invited to attend a couple of focus groups at our offices throughout the project. We will cover your travel expenses and include some extra incentives for giving up your valuable time.
If you’re interested in taking part in this project please email email@example.com. Please also include a short sentence letting us what you think you can bring to the project, if you become a digital panel member.
Join our co-creation group and help us design our new service standards
Co-creation workshops involve helping us design the services that matter to you.
We’re going to co-create a brand new set of communication based service standards that will be our ‘golden rules’ for communication at Catalyst. As part of this co-creation group you will be helping us design a key business change that we will use to scrutinise our future performance and services. It’s a great new way for colleagues and customers to work together in a collaborative and innovative way.
If you’re interested in taking part in this co-creation group please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please also include a short sentence letting us why you’d like to be involved
