We’ve got lots of opportunities to share your ideas and feedback on how we can improve our homes and services. We want to hear more about things that aren’t working, and for customers to be part of the changes we make that will help us to get things right.
Our aim is to provide more diverse, inclusive, innovative and easy ways for you to share your voice, across all tenures, ages and locations.
We’re introducing new ways for you to connect with us, that will give you the opportunity to have a greater voice and be engaged, such as:
- Co-creation workshops
- Testing our services
- Helping us choose our service partners
- Arranging community events and activities
- Creating an online community

Our flexible engagement opportunities are a great way to learn more about Catalyst. Whatever way you choose to connect with us, it won’t take up too much time and will allow you to pick and choose what you get involved in.
If you do want to get involved in some of our bigger projects, such as helping with the appointment of our new service providers, we can provide you the necessary training to help you carry out your role effectively. It’s a win-win for everyone – you develop new skills while helping us make important decisions.
We’ll also reimburse you for any travel or care expenses too, so you won’t be out of pocket. Read our resident expenses policy to find out more about how to claim back any expenses you might pay.
