We’re pleased to let you know that our repairs service is now back up and running. You can now report emergency, communal indoor and outdoor and non-urgent repairs to your home using our quick repairs form.
We are anticipating for a higher volume of calls as we make these changes. This means you may have to wait slightly longer to speak to us, as well as a longer wait for your repair appointment. The whole Catalyst team is working on making the delay as short as possible for you.
In order to protect our customers, colleagues and contractors during the coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak, we have made some changes to the way we deliver our repairs service to you.
