Midsummer Vale is a joint venture between Catalyst and Mears New Homes that will bring 85 much-needed high-quality homes to the area.

The development is a tenure-blind mix of apartments and houses with 30 homes for affordable rent, 8 homes for shared ownership and 47 for market sale. The development follows the natural contours of the land and its wide streets make it an ideal space for children to play.

The development has been designed as a cul-de-sac with a countryside feel that blends with its surroundings. Design features on the new homes include false chimneys to reflect the homes in the neighbouring streets. Alongside the development, there are wetland meadow flower areas to manage the drainage and encourage wildlife.
