Catalyst is the affordable homes partner for Fairview New Homes at the housebuilder’s Queensbury Square development, on the site of a former Morrisons car park in Brent.

The scheme will deliver 194 homes in total, and Catalyst will deliver 66 affordable homes, including 39 for affordable rent (ten one-bedroom apartments, 15 two-bedroom apartments and 14 three-bedroom apartments) and 27 for shared ownership (five one-bedroom apartments, 12 two-bedroom-apartments and ten three-bedroom apartments).

The development will also provide private and communal landscaped amenity areas, a landscaped podium deck, secure cycle parking, recycling and refuse stores and access improvements. Construction is under way and practical completion for all affordable homes is due by October 2021.
