Congratulations and a very warm welcome to Lydia, who recently joined our Customer Experience Committee (CEC).
Lydia has joined as a shared owner member and is already proactively involved in many of our customer engagement activities, championing customer experience for her neighbours and local community.
The next CEC meeting will be in July, where she’ll be joining our existing members in helping us make sure we provide good quality, value for money services. In the meantime, Lydia will receive induction training to help her understand her role and future contributions to the committee.
Congratulations once again, everyone on the committee is looking forward to working with you.
