The Catalyst Housing Charitable Trust (CHCT) provides small grants for residents in hardship or challenging circumstances through its customer support fund.

What support can I apply for under the Customer Support Fund?

The CHCT Customer Support Fund is available for residents who need additional support to cover essential items for the home, work, family, or overall wellbeing.

How can I apply for a grant?

You must be working with one of our wellbeing specialists from the Advice and Wellbeing team before you can apply for a grant. The team will only refer you for this additional funding once all other options – which they will have explored with you – have been tried and exhausted.

If you’re applying because of financial difficulties, we’ll ask you to provide information about your income and expenditure too.
