Are you over 18 years old, unemployed and thinking about a career in construction? We’ve teamed up with West London College and Mount Anvil to offer Ealing residents the opportunity to find work on the redevelopment of our Friary Park Estate in Acton.

This three-week pre-apprenticeship programme – starting on 7 March 2022 – can help you develop the skills you need. Apply before Monday 28 February to ensure your place on the programme.

Work experience and qualifications

Over the three-week programme, you’ll be based at our Friary Park Community Centre while you work towards achieving:

  • Awards in employability skills, health and safety and environmental sustainability, personal and social development — level 1
  • CSCS Green labourer card

The team will give you a site tour of Friary Park and the opportunity to speak to our onsite construction workers about their roles.

Completion of this pre-apprentice programme will guarantee you a job interview for an apprenticeship role with Mount Anvil.
