We’re developing a new approach to how we understand and engage with our customers and communities.
We’ve commissioned Kaizen and Social Engine to conduct research to help us get closer to customers and gain a greater understanding of you as individuals – your preferences, perceptions and personalities.
What does the research involve?
The views and opinions of the young people in our neighbourhoods matters to us. We want to hear what’s important to you.
Over the coming weeks Kaizen and Social Engine researchers will be interviewing over 300 young people from across our communities.
If you’re a young person, we’d appreciate your help by taking part in this project and letting others know we want to hear their thoughts too.
Everyone who participates will receive a £5 voucher.
