We’re recruiting customers to join a new scrutiny forum – where customers can scrutinise and influence services such as repairs, cleaning communal areas or investigating anti-social behaviour. We’re here to make it easy for you to share your thoughts, ideas and at times frustration with us.

How will it work?

By joining our scrutiny forum, you’ll get under the skin of the challenges we sometimes encounter. You’ll be part of the solution by supporting us to get things right when our performance does not meet our standards.

We’ll use your insight and complaints to identify the areas that need deeper analysis and improvement. Our scrutiny forums will facilitate local engagement, helping you get to the root cause of local problems. You’ll work in partnership with us, to recommend solutions and actions. You’ll receive training to help you get the most out of the scrutiny forum and have the chance to work with other Catalyst residents.

The work will be monitored by our Customer Experience Committee. This Committee is responsible for ensuring that Catalyst is a provider of good quality, value-for-money services – for its current and future customers. The Committee is made up of a mixture of members, including members nominated by the Board, customers and independent members. The forum’s findings will be reported back to the Committee, who will then recommend any actions to the Board.

You’ll receive training to help you get the most out of the scrutiny forum, and you’ll have the chance to work with other customers and teams from across Catalyst.

How to get involved

Register your interest to join the scrutiny forum by Monday 15 February by contacting us, and we’ll be in touch to discuss the next steps.
