If you’re based in London, Transport for London offer free tailored courses to suit all abilities and goals, from basic to more advanced cycling skills, as well as younger and family cyclists.
If you’re in Oxford, Oxfordshire County Council’s road safety team offer free cycle training for adults and children via not-for-profit social enterprise – Broken Spoke bike co-op. and Luton Council offer Bikeability training to all schools, with Luton Council also providing cycle confidence training for adults.
