Today marks the second anniversary of the Grenfell Tower fire, where 72 people lost their lives. Our thoughts and condolences remain with everyone so deeply affected by the tragedy.
Catalyst is committed to making sure our homes and communities are safe. We will continue to work hard to do what’s right for all our customers, especially those who live in blocks with fire safety issues. The safety and wellbeing of our residents will always be our utmost priority.
Since the Grenfell Tower fire, Catalyst has invested necessary and significant amounts of time and resources into thoroughly investigating all our blocks to make sure that they are safe and compliant with regulations.
We will do what’s necessary to protect all our customers, and have committed not to pass on costs of any required repair works to leaseholders or tenants.
