A new way to help us improve our services

Catalyst has appointed a market research company called The Leadership Factor (TLF) to carry out satisfaction surveys over the phone to find out how well we are doing across our many service areas.

We choose to use an independent agency so you can be honest and open about your views, and confident that the results are transparent.

If you receive a call, it will only take a few minutes of your time and we hope that you will be able to provide some valuable feedback. The results will help us to identify areas of dissatisfaction and we will look towards making improvements in those areas.

Your participation is optional and all views are anonymous to Catalyst – the survey is completely confidential.
