We’re very proud to be back in the list of Top 100 Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For (not for profit).
This award is based on extensive feedback from employees and covers all aspects of working for a business, from how effective management are, to giving something back to the community. The average employee response rate in our sector is 46%. We had an exceptional response rate of 83%, which shows just how engaged our colleagues are with making Catalyst a great place to work.
Catalyst is on a continuous journey of improvement, working hard in all sorts of ways right across the organisation, in order to improve the quality of the service we provide to our customers. We understand that engaged colleagues are crucial to our achieving this. We consulted widely with colleagues last year to define the values which underpin how we aspire to perform as a business. Living those values – open, integrity, caring, inclusive – is key to being a Best Company to Work For, and we are very pleased that our hard work is already having a positive effect.
From a total of 798 applications, we were ranked at number 83. Our aim, of course, is to improve on that for next year. The hard work continues.
